(1) Blue Gold Holdings Limited (United Kingdom) and (2) Future Global Resources Limited (United Kingdom) v. The Republic of Ghana
By a Notice of Arbitration dated 2 April 2025, the Claimants commenced the present arbitration proceedings against the Respondent under the Agreement between the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the Government of the Republic of Ghana for the Promotion and Protection of Investments, signed on 22 March 1989.
